In 2011 Tim Hogg had an idea, "going out on my own," and North Projects came to life. Ten (plus 1) years on, North hit a major milestone growing the team to over 100 employees. There was no better time to bring everyone together in Hobart to celebrate and recognise achievements over the decade.
North was established in Melbourne and since has expanded across Australia. Offering unique multidisciplinary services and advice, the company grew and filled the gap in the market. In 2012 the New South Wales office was established, followed by Adelaide in 2017, Tasmania in 2019, and Northern Territory in 2021. We now have our sights on Brisbane and a global outlook for the future.
The North 10-year conference allowed teams across Australia to meet in person, share experiences and collaborate in group activities. North wanted to show their appreciation and celebrate the achievements of their employees with the inaugural North Awards, based on the values of Integrity, Meaningfulness, Agile, Simplistic, Reliability, and Diverse & Inclusive. Congratulations to all the North Award winners.

"I soon realised there is no such thing as going out on your own. As I look out across the room, not only do I realise how wrong I was thinking, I was on my own, but how lucky I am, and we are, as a business, to have all of you as a part of North Projects." - Tim Hogg.
To all our valued employees, clients, and partners, thank you for taking this incredible journey with us. Thank you for your continued commitment to North Projects. Happy ten (plus 1) years!
