Ian Yang

Ian is a specialist in Estimation and Project Management with experience on a multitude of projects nationally.

Ian is well experienced in the whole life cycle of major civil infrastructure projects, both from the contractor’s and client’s sides. This has given Ian a deep understanding of potential risks in each phase of project planning and delivery.

With a PhD in Civil Engineering and more than seven years of post-grad experience, Ian specialises in bituminous civil works and brings a wealth of knowledge to quantity surveying, constructability advisory, design management, quality assurance and construction verification. Ian adds value to projects through his collaboration, organisational skills and efficient attention to detail, resulting in project success and positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees.
