Parks Victoria Conservation Action Plans

Parks Victoria's Conservation Action Plan provides a best-practice approach to conservation planning for managing the extensive parks estate across Victoria.

North was selected to provide the Activity Costing Tool for the Conservation Action Plans.

The tool will determine the cost of delivering the strategies across all potential conservation management activities and will allow for categorisation of the scale of activity, effort, area and/or target units. 

This new, best-practice approach to conservation planning will identify and focus on strategies that will improve the overall health of Victoria’s ecosystems.
