Swanson Dock Berth 1 Rehabilitation Project

Swanson Dock Berth 1 Rehabilitation was a complex logistics challenge with the requirement to maintain full operations for the terminal operator. North provided quantity surveying services that included monthly progress claim reviews, issuing of payment certificates, variation claim assessments and monthly cost reports.

The project achieved practical completion two weeks earlier than scheduled. The successful completion of Berth 1 is a testament to the close collaboration and teamwork of all stakeholders involved.
