Our latest was a national team building day at the North 10 Year Conference that we captured on video.
We were presented with the challenge to build a bridge out of a thousand tiny pieces in groups of 10. There were roadblocks, technical skills required, and progress reports required. Building foundations, trusses, and beams, teams thrived or fell behind while racing to finish. We learned, in the end, that it was a race against the clock and not each other. By coming together, leaning on individual strengths, and sharing knowledge, we built an astounding 8-meter-long bridge.
