Dafydd Griffiths

Dafydd is an expert in the preparation and review of complex construction programming and risk modelling for large scale transport infrastructure projects.

He has extensive experience in facilitating and developing the Risk Context Profile (RCP) process and ensuring continuity of the RCP process from preliminary design to Business Case. He is thorough, diligent and has an in-depth knowledge of civil techniques across industry including tunnels, rail, road, water, resources and heavy earthworks. Over the last decade, Dafydd has successfully delivered detailed staging methodology, project programs and reporting for more than 200+ projects worth over $20B, including some of Queensland’s most complex infrastructure projects such as Airport Link, Legacy Way, Cross River Rail, Coomera Connector, Rockhampton Ring Road and the majority of the M1 Upgrade Projects.
