David is a highly accomplished Estimating Manager with expert knowledge of rail infrastructure and technology.
He has a deep understanding of planning and value engineering for major infrastructure projects with a speciality in rail, roads, energy, telecommunications, power, electrical and building projects. Over the last 20 years, he has delivered over $30B worth of rail systems, and services cost estimates for most of our major rail networks across Australia (including heavy, passenger, light and freight networks). His area of expertise is Cost Management Services including the preparation of detailed cost plans and estimates, contract administration, cost control services, value engineering services and risk management.
