Dean is an expert in first principles estimating with over 17 years pricing multidiscipline tenders in the civil construction industry. Over the last 7 years he was worked on multibillion dollar tenders and led the delivery of hard dollar estimates for a Tier 1 Contractor.

Dean has worked across a range of major infrastructure tenders including the road, tunnel, light rail, heavy rail and airport sectors. His exposure to these projects combined with his knowledge gained from starting his career as a labourer is reflected in Deans approach to each estimate. Dean has a deep understanding of construction cost and the appreciation of the practical challenges that can impact the success of major infrastructure and construction project. Dean has an excellent reputation amongst clients, contractors and suppliers across market.
