Jonathan Down

Jonathan is an experienced Senior Estimator who started his career as a site-based engineer in the UK, before making the move to Australia in the early 2010s.

Since then, he has worked in WA and QLD as a Project Engineer and since 2015, an Estimator. Jonathan has been involved in several major program of works spanning rail, roads and civil infrastructure, This has involved commission management, first principles estimating, independent estimating, post contract variation reviews, reporting/Client interfacing at all levels and tender evaluations.
