Roger is a first principles expert with over 25 years’ experience in civil estimating. Over the last 10 years he has secured over $2.5B in commercial tenders across a broad range of civil sectors and has led the delivery of P90 estimates and reports worth more than $50B for both commercial and government clients.

Roger has a deep understanding of construction methodology and an appreciation for the practical challenges that can impact the success of major infrastructure and construction works. Roger brings experience to create highly detailed and accurate cost estimates with limited design, allowing clients to expedite the estimating process with minimum outlay. Roger has supported the development of hundreds of high-profile infrastructure projects across Australia, including multiple upgrades to the M1 and Bruce Highways, Cross River Rail, Inland Rail and the South Road Superway.
