Tom McNamara

Tom is highly skilled in Expert Estimator and @Risk modelling, using software packages to produce First Principles Estimates.

He recently developed an accurate and consistent approach to building an 8,000-line-item cost estimate for the strategic options assessment for Coomera Connector Stage 1 PE and BC; a task which required close collaboration with the Design Consultant to ensure accuracy of the Bill of Quantities against multiple options. Tom brings unique skills and expertise in ‘big-data’ management and analysis which is used to develop real-time reporting and information sharing, both of which are critical to informing decision making. For example, Tom extrapolates key data from the Expert Estimation software into Excel pivot tables to benchmark analysis and reporting.
