PEXA Office Fitout

Property Exchange Australia's (PEXA) 2,600sqm corporate headquarters fitout was designed  to accommodate over 200 staff from 2 different locations. It utilised a lifted office environment to encourage collaboration and cater to the diverse needs of the team. 

PEXA appointed North to the role of Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, responsible for the design development, consultants engagement, contractor selection, project delivery, cost management and staff relocation of this project.
